1. Who we are

WARCOX is a sales training company operated by Capital Catalyst, doing business as WARCOX ("WARCOX", "we", "us"). We teach people how to sell over the phone through online lessons, live coaching and practice, and help graduates find sales roles. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Contact information: your name, email address and phone number, for example when you register for a free training or webinar, contact us, or enroll.
• Account and training information: if you enroll, your account details, lesson progress, live session attendance, practice activity, evaluation results and messages you send inside the WARCOX app.
• Payment information: if you buy a training program, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of the payment, but we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information: basic technical information about how you use our website and app, such as device and browser type, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies that keep you signed in and help the site work.

3. How we use your information

• To register you for trainings and webinars and send you confirmations, reminders and links to join or watch a replay.
• To answer your questions and talk with you about whether our training is a good fit.
• To provide the WARCOX Academy, including lessons, live coaching, practice tools, evaluations and career help.
• To process purchases and keep business records.
• To send occasional updates about WARCOX training, where permitted. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep our website and app secure, fix problems and improve our services.
• To comply with the law.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We only send text messages to people who give us their phone number and agree to receive texts from WARCOX, for example by ticking the optional text-message box when registering for a webinar. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Messages include registration and appointment confirmations, reminders for live trainings and coaching sessions, links to join or watch a replay, replies to your questions, and occasional updates about WARCOX training. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website and app hosting, email and text-message delivery, video meetings, customer relationship software and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of WARCOX, our students or others.
• A buyer or successor if WARCOX is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6. Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Anything else: email support@warcox.com with the subject "Opt Out" and the email address or phone number you want removed. We will confirm by email.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it (we do not sell it). We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email support@warcox.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
