Phone sales training

WARCOX is a sales training company.

We teach people how to sell over the phone. Our students learn through online lessons, live coaching and practice calls, and graduates get help finding sales jobs.

About WARCOX

WARCOX trains adults who want to build a career in sales. Most of our students are new to sales. We teach them how a professional sales conversation works, from the first phone call to helping a customer decide, and we give them a place to practice until they are confident.

Our own sales team uses the same methods we teach. Students learn from people who make these calls every day.

What we do

Online lessons

The WARCOX Academy is a set of video lessons that teach phone sales step by step, at the student's own pace.

Live coaching

Students join live group sessions on video with our coaches to ask questions and work through real situations.

Practice

Students practice sales calls with coaches and with an AI practice partner, and complete graded practice evaluations.

Career help

Students who pass their evaluations get access to our job board, which lists remote sales roles with outside companies.

How it works

  1. 1A person learns about WARCOX through our free online training or a live webinar.
  2. 2They speak with a member of our team about whether the training is a good fit.
  3. 3If they enroll, they get an account in the WARCOX Academy app with their lessons, live session schedule and practice tools.
  4. 4As they finish lessons and pass their evaluations, more of the program opens up, including career help.

Text messages

Who we text Only people who give us their phone number and agree to receive text messages from WARCOX, for example when they register for a free training or webinar, or when they enroll as a student.

What we send Registration and appointment confirmations, reminders for live trainings and coaching sessions, links to join or watch a replay, replies to questions they ask us, and occasional updates about WARCOX training.
